Commercial property developer and investor Barberry Industrial has secured a deal with an international logistics company after completing its \u00a320 million flagship mid-box warehouse development at Tournament Fields Business Park in Warwick.<\/p>\n\n

Widem Logistics has agreed a 15-year lease on the 92,246 sq ft Grade A warehouse, known as\u00a0Barberry Midbox 92, marking a significant deal at one of the West Midlands\u2019 prime logistics locations.<\/p>\n\n

The deal follows the scheme\u2019s recent practical completion, with the high-quality occupier secured shortly after handover of the development.<\/p>\n\n

Located at Junction 15 of the M40, the building has been delivered to a best-in-class specification, targeting EPC A and BREEAM Outstanding. Sustainability features include electric vehicle charging points, rooftop solar PV, enhanced staff welfare facilities, outdoor basketball court, outdoor gym, green roof structure, bike repair pod, bug hotel, hibernacula, and landscaped green areas.<\/p>\n\n

Midbox 92 has been designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses, and we are delighted to have secured a long-term occupier for the building. It is also one of three BREEAM outstanding warehouses within a 30-mile radius of the site.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

Barberry has a 3.6 million sq ft industrial and logistics development pipeline with a gross development value of more than \u00a3650 million, alongside a growing income-producing commercial portfolio. The company also controls 520 acres of strategically located residential and employment development land, with capacity to deliver 3,500 new homes.<\/p>\n\n
